Commercial Line Rental Offer replacing the formerly available RLO (Reference Line Rental Offer) which has become obsolete following Regulation 16/211/ILR "du 16 décembre 2016 ?relatif a l’analyse du marché de l’accès au réseau téléphonique public en position déterminée pour la clientèle résidentielle et non résidentielle (1/2007)"

Delivery of new services is no longer supported. Gradual phase-out of all existing CLRO services until 31/12/2023.

In-house Cabling

To allow all operators to handle the activation of broadband services, covered by POST Technologies’ reference offers RDSLO, ORATH and OGB, together with the internal installation works at the end user's premises, POST Technologies can provide to the notified operators, as a commercial wholesale service in residential buildings:

• The in-house cabling
• Installation of additional sockets and
• Installation and activation of operator's CPE

Installations of in-house cabling in professional buildings are excluded from this offer.

Operational system offering access to the network ports serving broadband services

As from 1st of August 2015 on, POST Technologies can offer to all operators access to a WEB application offering different features to monitor and reset the xDSL and GPON ports serving their respective end users with broadband services covered by POST Technologies reference offers RDSLO, ORATH and OGB.

The main features provided are: 

• Online quality measurement of the line
• Check of current port configuration
• Port reset

Access to this application will be billed to each operator opting for this service (one-off fee and monthly maintenance).

Additional Information regarding the status of an ordered line

As from 6th of June 2016 on, POST Technologies can offer to all operators access to an additional information regarding the status of an ordered broadband services covered by POST Technologies reference offer ROB. The information of the current status is delivered by mail to a preregistered mail-account of the operator after sending for a dedicated line a structured mail to a POST Technologies mail account.

The main information provided are: 

• Current Work Stage within POST Technologies
• Installation address
• Planned due date

Access to this service will be billed to each operator opting for this service (one-off fee and per transaction-fee).

Dashboard showing detailed information related to Planned Works (PW)

As a complementary service to the existing notification sent by mail to each operator affected by a Planned Work, POST Technologies proposes to give access to a planning showing information regarding the planned works on POST Technologies infrastructures affecting customers.  This planning will be accessible via Internet on a private space dedicated to each operator. The basic configuration in the planning will show for each planned works the following information: 

• Start Date/Time (UTC) 
• End Date/Time
• Maintenance Description 
• Maintenance Location 
• Maintenance Reference 
• Estimated impact 
• Category of affected services

The monthly fee covering the access to this dashboard (which is updated on a regular basis) is 1.330.-Euro excl. taxes (HT).

Additional information can be provided to the operators. For such a supplementary set-up an individual offer will be established, based on the required information specified by the operator in his request.
