This offer constitutes the reference offer for the Wholesale Roaming Access from the POST network to EU/EEA geographical destinations. POST offers all regulated roaming voice-,SMS- and data services. POST offers wholesale roaming services which are necessary for a MVNO to offer retail roaming services upon receipt of reasonable request.
